Jennifer Holmes tells us about Jin Shin Jyutsu and the Art of Gratitude in The Main Central Jin Shin Jyutsu Newsletter, issue Number 58, Fall 2007:

Masaru Emoto, who wrote the book The Hidden Messages in Water says:

“Among all medicines, there are none with the healing power of love. Since I came to this realization, I have continued to tell people that immunity is love. However recently I have felt the need to change my terminology.  i know now that this is not love alone that forms immunity, but love and gratitude. I became convinced of this from the following experiment:

When I heated water in a microwave oven and then attempted to see the impact of the magnetic field on crystals, I used two types of water, distilled water [in an unmarked container] and water from the tap…[showing] the words love and gratitude. The crystals formed from the distilled water were deformed and incomplete, but the water…[showing] the words love and gratitude formed complete crystals. In other words, love and gratitude were able to make the water immune to the damaging effects of the magnetic field.

“I also discovered the love and gratitude crystals actually look more like gratitude crystals than the love crystals. What this indicates is that the gratitude vibration is more powerful and has a greater influence.”

Emoto also says, “Methods (referring to healing) that help water flow smoothly are superior to all other medical methods available to us.” He could be talking about the Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu.

Again I think of Mary’s words about how thoughts become words, words become deeds. As we are largely made up of water, we need to live our lives with the components of gratitude and love if we are to stay healthy and fill our bodies with beautiful light thoughts. Jin Shin Jyutsu has been and is instrumental in teaching me gratitude, and I am daily thankful for its wonderful influence in my life to harmonize my spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies – and most important – to reach out and help others so simply, and yet so profoundly at times.

Watching people walk away from receiving their Mediator Flows at the Visionary Living Show was proof indeed that here was truly the Art of Gratitude in motion, and I felt grateful to have been part of team of Auckland practitioners who, by enthusiastically and lovingly giving their time, were able to extend the gift of Jin shin Jyutsu to a wider community. What we gave, we received two-fold. Such is the power of gratitude.

Thank you, Mary, for this beautiful gift of Jin Shin Jyutsu.

Thank you, Jennifer.

Thank you, Mary.

Thank you, David.

Gassho, Namaste, Blessings
