For this work, the 4th Depth energy would like to have a little bit of quiet time, not so much running around anymore. But oftentimes people like to speed up again after work. Now they would like to do their fitness program, exercise or play with the children. If the Bladder and Kidney Function Energy don’t have enough energy to do their work, we like to push it by drinking a cup of coffee. Coffee stimulates the kidneys and takes the energy from the reserves. Kidneys are the storehouse of vital energy. It would be healthier if we use a Bladder of Kidney flow instead, or hold the index finger.
In the evening the Function Energy of the 6th Depth are the leaders. From 8 to 10 p.m. it is the Diaphragm – and from 10 to midnight the Umbilicus Function Energy.
These two flows are important for all harmonious relationships in our life. Now we can meet with family, friends and loved ones to complete the day. However, to dive into dreamland before midnight is said to be the healthiest part of sleep. Here we can connect to the energy of the 6th Depth to get revitalized and refreshed for the next day.
Then Gall Bladder Function Energy takes over at midnight to lead the soul into the realm of light where she can expand and tune into the eternity of the universe. This is therefore a very creative time if we stay up. I once had a client who was a writer. She like to use the creative hours of the 3rd Depth between 12 and 4 a.m. to stimulate her intuition. Whenever she did this several nights in a row, she would wake up with a terrible migraine headache in the late morning and call me up to give her a session. Migraine headaches oftentimes have to do with Liver and Gall Bladder Energy not being in harmony.
At 2 a.m. Liver Function Energy completes the work, and through the 3rd Depth – Little Source of Life, we will be rested and wake up refreshed. However, if the Liver Function Energy is not in harmony because we had a big meal in the evening or a lot of stress and anger the day before, we might wake up between 2 and 4 a.m. Despite all trying to fall asleep again, our busy thoughts keep us turning and tossing, and we are not able to fall asleep. If you are up during this time, you can make use of the time with a Liver flow, which will finally harmonize the Liver Energy and release the stress.
In this early morning transition from Liver to Lung Function Energy many souls are either leaving or coming into the world.
If we notice that we need one of the Organ Flows that have their leading time at night, we need not set an alarm clock to wake up. We can instead use the flows whenever we have the time for it. The body has an intelligence to sort out the energy and give it to the body when needed.
Within this cycle of cosmic energy, each individual also has their own biorhythmic cycle. Between both of them, we have to find balance to lead a harmonious life.
