Birgitta Meinhardt writes an article in The Main Central Jin Shin Jyutsu Newsletter, issue Number 37, Summer 2002 about the Fatigue Flow:

We need never know FATIGUE. Energy can never TIRE. It is our PERSONAL imbalance that causes FATIGUE.

When our 26 “Safety” Energy Locks are unlocked, we are in a state of ECSTASY – the SECRET of the fountain of youth, available equally to all eternally – that which was, is and shall be, IS. The MASTER KEY is our degree of desire and trust, the KNOWING.

The SIMPLE reason for perfect health and happiness is being master of anything we do – LOVE IT regardless of what it is – menial, boring or inspirational work. There should be no person or thing one dislikes – as hatred develops imbalance, which causes FATIGUE.

HAPPINESS is an indication of our HARMONY. We have our TWO HANDS as our REJUVENATORS and HARMONIZERS. With these two hands we have the privilege of helping ourselves and others to get in tune with the universe. Hands are generators of the Creator Power – not from within us, but a part of the ever-constant and forever balanced universal SUPPLY. We need only be AWARE of this supply.       ~ Mary Burmeister

“We need never know FATIGUE. Energy can never tire. It’s all psychic.” that’s what Mary says, as quoted from the Tribute to Mary Burmeister video.

We are tired sometimes, and then we close the door and don’t want to be disturbed. Isn’t it special that with the anchor step of the Fatigue Flow, holding 3 and hi 19, we open the “door”?Safety Energy Lock 3 is the birthplace of the Mediator – we start to move! High 19 helps us to let go of all attitudes which keep us in stagnation. In Mary’s text about fatigue, everything is said about the Fatigue Flow. Reading the text and looking at the Safety Energy Locks, it is the same story in words as it is in numbers.

We find this magical flow on page 59 in Text 1. 59 adds up to 14 – man between heaven and earth. 5 and 9 on one hand considered as positive numbers of 1st, 6th and 2nd Depths and on the other hand as 5th and 9th Depths – give me a lot of ideas about the Flow. 17 steps speak about reproductive energy, relaxation of mind and nerves, recharging our run-down energy battery. Safety Energy Lock 17 helps the breath and the heart. 17, the number of transformation, is a Safety Energy Lock in 3rd Depth.

We harmonize 3rd Depth again with the middle finger, Gall Bladder energy, the KNOWING. Gall Bladder is represented in the Zodiac as the sign Aquarius – I KNOW. The base of the sternum activates the creative kidney energy for the physical body. When we have enough energy, we love whatever we have to do. We are able to let go of our concepts, which cause FATIGUE. Happiness is an indication of our HARMONY, with Safety Energy Lock 15 bringing joy and laughter. Then, with Safety Energy Lock 1, we are reminded that from within the Unity, we are all created equally. Moving on to Safety Energy Lock 23, in harmony and in tune with the Universe, we are led to Universal Knowledge. In this Universal Knowledge, Safety Energy Lock 4 creates vision, and Safety Energy Lock 12 helps us to understand “not my will but Thy will”. We harmonize our will with the “Creator Power” by using our jumper cables. This power is “not from within us, but a part of the ever-constant and forever balanced universal SUPPLY” – 9th Depth. Safety Energy Lock 9 concludes this section of the flow pattern…end of a cycle and the beginning of the new.

In the flow pattern, we change sides, which gives us a chance to see and listen from a different point of view. Here we take care of the Main Central Vertical Flow to receive the  universal energy. We have already opened the “door” to “be AWARE of this supply” – the I AM – and to KNOW MYSELF.
