Safety Energy Lock 18

“BE the KNOW MYSELF IT IS” ~ Mary Burmeister

“The number 18…came into the universe meaning body consciousness; functions affecting human personality.” ~ Self-Help Book II. Safety Energy Lock 18 harmonizes from back of the head, “Safety” Energy Lock 4, down to the feet, “Safety” Energy Lock 7, helping any rigidity and tension/stress in the back, congestion at the back of the head and insomnia.

Safety Energy Lock 18 is the key to Safety Energy Lock 4, and Safety Energy Lock 4 is the key to the bustline helping chest congestion, distorted rib cage and any lung project. The Lung Flow ends in the thumb. Safety Energy Lock 18 is located at the base of the thumb.

Notice that 1 + 8 = 9 is the positive quality of the 2nd Depth. Eighteen also helps to melt bloating in the body. In the opposite fingers and toes relationship, the thumb relates to the little toe, where Bladder Flow ends and Kidney Flow begins.

The Diagonal Mediator Flow left or right also crosses the base of the thumb. The Supervisor Flow begins and descends at Safety Energy Lock 1, and about this Safety Energy Lock, Mary tells us, “All creation proceeds from unity.” The thumb harmonizes (“quickie”) Safety Energy Lock 1.

About Safety Energy Lock 18, Mary tells us, “Be the Know My Safety Energy Lock IT IS.”, that is, IT – Infinite Truth…What is Truth? – Unload all ATTITUDES…IS – Impersonal Self…What is IS? – Unload all ATTITUDES.

About the Jumper Cable (hold) your thumb, Mary tells us, “Exhale, unload all the impurities (dirt, dust and greasy grime) from within for the Universe to inhale and purify for us to receive. RECEIVE your Breath of Life with awareness and understanding. Inhale, receive the Cosmic Energy Force – the spiritualizing. All worries begin to melt away. Daily fatigue is ‘house-cleaned’. Stomach distresses are removed.” (The base of the thumb helps 1st Depth.)

Mary says, as we unload all attitudes, we are able to “to look until we can LISTEN and hear until we can SEE” through Safety Energy Lock 18 which brings us body consciousness.

When there are no attitudes, the mind quiets down and all the “ghosts” disappear. We then allow the air and the light to exchange through the 4s, exhaling down to the 7s, realizing we are perfect Creation.

The quickie to help Safety Energy Lock 18 is to hold the little finger, melting the effort of “trying to be perfect,” simply being the Awareness that WE ARE PERFECT.

We find Safety Energy Lock 18 on page 47 (4 + 7 = 11) in Self-Help Book II. Mary says about Safety Energy Lock 11, “Be the Smile. Be the dropping of your shoulders – unload, receive and tune into the rhythm of the cosmos where there is no-thing. BE the SMILE.” Safety Energy Lock 11 is the key to the hipline; Safety Energy Lock 18, located at the base of the thumb on the palm side, helps to exhale at the hip line. To jumper cable 11/3 and 25 helps the body to exhale our mental concerns and melts our “do-er”. In Text 1 we find the 16, 17, 18, 19 Flow on page 31 (3 + 1 = 4). Mary’s words about Safety Energy Lock 4 are: “VISION – Self-change starts with Self-study. Shallow breathing causes disharmony. Deep breathing results in a loving personality.” In Text 2, the Heart Flow is found on page 18. The Sun (Leo) at midday is right over our head, flooding our hearts with light and compassion.

As I hold safety Energy Lock 18 it helps me to manifest the awareness of every breath of the physical body. It helps me to practice and live this wonderful Art in every moment of my life.
