Safety Energy Lock “1”
“1” came into the universe meaning the prime mover, connecting the extreme height with the extreme depth. ~ Self-Help Book 2, pg. 12
A few years ago I got a bad case of stomach flu and was completely overtaken by it. It rampaged through my body so violently I felt as though I would die. In my darkest moment of porcelain worshiping, a thought came to me that was very helpful for that moment and has actually helped prevent or lessen the symptoms of such an ailment as stomach flu or food poisoning ever since.
It seemed to me that throwing up, rather the energy of it, was exactly opposite to that of the Main Central Vertical Flow. It seemed as though the energy was moving in the opposite direction of the universal life force. I also knew I wanted it to move out of my body quickly. So, I started utilizing the Main Central breath up the back and down the front. I also utilized crossing the hands and holding the 1s. Reconnecting to the vital life force breath (up the back and down the front) and to the prime mover, the flu ended.
I have used this for my children when they have gotten sick, and now whenever my son feels badly, he will come sit in my lap and ask me to do that “breath thing”…up the back and down the front…while he holds on to his 1s.
Recognizing the disharmony, one can be the breath up the back and down the front and hold (jumper cable) the Safety Energy Lock 1 to move the disharmony into the harmony. Also, one can simply hold (jumper cable) the thumbs or middle fingers or hold the fingertips in the palm center and be the breath.
As always, I am very grateful to Mary for all her inspirations to harmonize one’s being.
Thank you, Sara.
Thank you, Mary.
Thank you, David.
