I’m thinking about childhood…

“The truth about our childhood is stored up in our body, and although we can repress it, we can never alter it. Our intellect can be deceived, our feelings manipulated, our perceptions confused and our body tricked with medication. But someday the body will present its bill, for it is as incorruptible as a child who, still whole in spirit, will accept no compromises or excuses, and it will not stop tormenting us until we stop evading the truth.

In my own personal experience, as pain and fear force me to acknowledge the truth, then I see that my body never lies and is a wondrous thing that heals and restores itself daily…and I can help it if I listen. The unaccepted truth will cause the healing, renewing energy to get stuck and lead to disharmony of my body, mind and spirit until I hear and follow ancient principles of this healing touch and meditation. Now the healing can begin and harmony restored. This awareness is a treasured key to a life that is happy, joyous and free.
