All About Mary (Book 3:4:33-34)

Today we’ll continue our review of Introducing JIN SHIN JYUTSU IS. (Continued) KNOW MYSELF BE IT IS BOOK III.


Now begins the FUN of being introduced to the HANDS, PALMS and FINGERS, FEET, SOLES and TOES.

Mary says, “The Source of Energy for all the cells of the body is located in the PALMS and in the SOLES.”


(1)  I’m angry.

(2)  I’m so tired. I look haggard.

(3)  I bruise so easily.

(4)  I have migraines.

(5)  My eyes are giving me problems.

(6)  I can’t breathe.

(7)  My digestion is giving me problems.

(8)  I have swallowing problems.

(9)  I have speech problems.

(10) I have hearing problems.

(11) I’m always so “hyper”. I can’t relax.

All familiar complaints. Simply hold (jumper cable) MIDDLE FINGERS and MIDDLE TOES.
