A fellow student asks

A new student is attending Ian Harris’ 5-day Basic Class with me in Morristown, NJ. She wrote: I briefly spoke with you after you stated a condition can be corrected with 3-6 sessions with an experienced practitian. You also said it’s important that the client (me) follow the recommended self help.

Jin Shin Jyutsu is intended to complement, not replace, the advice of your own physician or other healthcare professional.

It was an important question and here is what I replied to her: Mary is the one who said it should only take 3-6 sessions if the client does daily self-help…I’m just quoting her.

JSJ is not about making money. JSJ is about the Art of God helping people through a compassionate man/woman/child.

That is Mary’s heart. It is why David permits me to teach self-help freely on the Internet. He not only gave me written permission, he wrote, “Have fun with it.”

There are different types of vaginitis:

Bacterial vaginosis, which results from overgrowth of one of several organisms normally present in your vagina

Yeast infections, which are usually caused by a naturally occurring fungus called Candida albicans

Trichomoniasis, which is caused by a parasite and is commonly transmitted by sexual intercourse

Vaginal atrophy (atrophic vaginitis), which results from reduced estrogen levels after menopause.

Which type is diagnosed for you? What is the cause? Must be on the Mediator level, right?

With our growing understanding of JSJ, we know the body is saying there is a disharmony and the symptoms are merely calling our attention to it.

As it is above, so it is below.

As you study JSJ, you will become aware of the suggestions of teachers and other practitioners who are relating their own personal experience of working with a client’s project. Any one of the suggestions will help bring harmony.

Understanding the flow of energy through the body can help. Listening to wrist and body pulses will help.

Sara Harper says if you simply jumper-cable your thumb for the rest of your life, your mind-body-spirit will be in harmony.

Having a practitioner give sessions will only be more efficient…if…the client does daily self-help.

Master Murai meditated and did Mudras and his life was saved and he began his journey that we all benefit from today.

If you simply jumper-cable your own fingers as you take 36 conscious breaths, your body-mind-spirit will be harmonized.

JSJ does not “cure”. It “harmonizes”.

If you, as a client perform the MCV self-help every day and the 36 breaths while jumper-cabling your fingers every night, you will see the difference in 7 days. Mary says so.

Ian Harris is teaching us two very important truths.

1. Teachers teach us to think.

2. The key is awareness.

So, when we study SELs and Depths and Flows and (after five 5-day basic classes) Haruki Kato’s two textbooks, it is to help us to think and become aware. We must KNOW MYSELF IT IS first, then we can better help others.

    Lovely, a clear explanation.

My experience with Ian Harris is that he realy teach us to think and that whe are just a cable.
In that way we must not think whe are the healers. In my opinion we just help the other in is journey in removing is “Hose node” (i hope you understand my english) where de life energy flows.
I learn this with my female dog and with myself.

Where can we find Haruki Kato’s two textbooks? Just in courses ?

    Do you know this book
