Today we’ll complete our review the 7 steps from Introducing Jin Shin Jyutsu Is. Book I by Mary Burmeister, as presented in Book II.

1.  Simply continue to be the SMILE, unload and RECEIVE your Breath of Life, jumper cable (hold) your little finger and get to KNOW MYSELF IT IS

2.  a.  ALL “TRYING TO’S” melt away and you can just BE the SELF you are – KNOW MYSELF IT IS

2.  e.  Total PEACE engulfs your body in the get to KNOW MYSELF IT IS

VII

1.  Be the SMILE, unload and RECEIVE with awareness and understanding only “thirty-six” of the thousands of Breaths of Life we RECEIVE in a day for harmony – health, wealth and happiness – KNOW MYSELF IT IS

2.  TO BE is simple. It is our “DO’s” (trying to’s) that are complex

3.  As mentioned in “Jin Shin Jyutsu IS. Introducing Book I”, we are human “BEINGS” not human “DOINGS”

(As you begin the 36 breaths, remember to begin with the exhale through the nostrils. Let the exhale be conscious, slow and deep, exhaling down the front of the body to the great toe (SEL 7). Then begin the inhale through the nostrils. Let the inhale be conscious, slow and deep, inhaling up the back and over the head to begin the second exhale.)

5.  Exhale, unload all your “dirt, dust and greasy grime”, all skepticisms

6.  Enjoy inhaling, receiving, your “Breath of Life”

7.  Be the Essence within the breath, IT IS, KNOW MYSELF

II.

1.  Jumper cable (hold) your thumb

2. Exhale, unload all the impurities (dirt, dust and greasy grime) from within for the Universe to inhale and purify for us to receive

3.  RECEIVE your Breath of Life, with awareness and understanding. (Inhale, receive the Cosmic Energy Force – the spiritualizing)

4.  a.  All worries begin to melt away

4.  b.  Daily fatigue is “house-cleaned”

4.  c.  Stomach distresses are removed

III.

1. Simply continue smiling, be the SMILE, unloading all your “dirt, dust, and greasy grime” and RECEIVE your Breath of Life (no formalities – just RECEIVE), jumper cable (hold) your index finger and get to KNOW MYSELF IT IS

2.  a.  ALL FEARS begin to melt away

2.  b.  Assimilation and elimination functions begin to improve

1.  Simply continue to be the SMILE, unload and RECEIVE your Breath of Life, jumper cable (hold) your middle finger and get to KNOW MYSELF IT IS

A reader asks:

Jin Shin Jyutsu is intended to complement, not replace, the advice of your own physician or other healthcare professional.

That said, I will respond to the reader who asked about inner mouth/tongue/lip sores. These symptoms could appear as a result of many projects. I strongly suggest that the reader visit a medical or dental professional physician for a diagnosis.

While symptoms could be the result of many things, as described to me it could be a fungal infection often called “thrush”. Not uncommon, it can be more serious if the immune system is compromised.

If this is the case, it would be a 1st depth issue and harmonizing would be helpful. !st Depth includes body organs spleen and stomach and a harmonized spleen will help the immune system.

The reader might want to release a blocked Safety Energy Lock No. 1, 2 and/or 3. You might try holding same side 3/15, then same side 2/1, then same side 2/6. Those are quickies.

You might consider quickie self-helps for stomach and spleen, as well.  For stomach, lightly put right fingers on left 21 and left fingers on left 22, then move left fingers to right 14. To quickly harmonize spleen function energy, you might consider placing right fingers on right 5 and left fingers on coccyx. Then move right fingers to left 14.

My favorite is to simply hold the thumb whenever it is not busy doing something! I lightly wrap my right fingers around my left thumb or left fingers around right thumb…and take conscious breaths through my nose, beginning with the slow, deep exhale and then the slow, deep inhale.

To Unlock Safety Energy Lock 23

A reader asked about SEL 23.

In Text 1, only taught by one of the 24 qualified teachers in 5-day basic seminars, there is a flow to unlock “Safety” Energy Locks Nos. 23, 25.

SEL 23 is an ascending 4th Depth SEL. It maintains circulation, clearing toxin from muscles; it helps digestive disorders, hearing disorders and bone marrow projects. SEL 23 is at the kidneys on the back of the body and this flow will help many different conditions.

SEL 25 is an ascending 5th Depth SEL. It helps all bone issues. SEL 25 is located on the back of the body at the base of the pubic (sit-down) bone. It is located where the bladder lives.

SEL 23 controls human destiny. SEL 25 quietly regenerates. This flow is good for all critical projects. Muscles/kidneys (23) and bones/bladder (25) work together to harmonize deep layers of muscles/bones/circulation. Motion becomes emotion if we don’t move. This flow with help release fears/phobias, balance shyness and hyperactivity. It will help us make choices and even help us overcome jealousy and prejudice. It helps people with ADHD.

Open SELs 23 & 25 will help the immune system, blood conditions, clotting/platelets, the ciruclation and composition of blood, lymph projects, fibroids, adrenal gland issues, wounds that don’t heal, addictions, will detoxify our body. They will help diabetes, high cholesterol, tumors, gas/water retention.

Quickie self-help suggestions:

Gently hold SEL 3/opposite SEL15;  or same side SELs 23/22,  or SEL 5/opposite SEL 25,  or holding little finger.

In case you wonder why holding the little finger instead of the index finger (one side of the index finger is related to the bladder, the other side is related to the kidney), in the 5-day basic seminar you will learn that the flow for both kidney and bladder descends the back right along the spine. I frequently hold the sides of my index finger to alleviate pain from two prior spinal disc/fusions surgeries and 3 herniated discs. And so the flow for SEL 23/25 is different from the Body Organ flows for Bladder and Kidney.

Today we will begin our review of Introducing Jin Shin Jyutsu Is. (continued): KNOW MYSELF IT IS, Book II by Mary Burmeister.

This textbook focuses on the Physio – (Nature[Creator’s Art] Philosophy – (Effortless Reality); the Cosmic Artless Art to KNOW (Help) MYSELF.

She begins on Page 1:

Jiro Murai, upon realization of a connection between the body and the utilization of hands in the various ways in prayer, decided to continue his research in fasting and prayer.

Daily, he experienced the circulation patterns in his body. Eventually he recorded his experiences. This research he name “JIN SHIN JYUTSU”, KNOW MYSELF IT IS., Art of the Creator through Compassionate Man.

In the earlier years of his experience he called it “Jin Shin Jyutsu” but with the character symbols meaning simply Body-Mind Art. However, as he researched deeper into the Art, he renamed the art “En Mei Jyutsu”, meaning Long-Life or Art of Longevity. After many years of research he realized the depth of the art and again renamed it “JIN SHIN JYUTSU”, KNOW MYSELF IT IS, the Creator’s Art through Compassionate (aware and understanding) Man.

Mary believes it will facilitate the understanding by the masses to call the art “PHYSIO-PHILOSOPHY” – KNOW MYSELF IT IS. Physio means Nature (one Order) and Philosophy means the Effortless Reality (Being the Non-being – “NATURE – THE EFFORTLESS REALITY”, KNOW MYSELF IT IS.)
