As a Happy New Year gift to you, my dear readers, here is the Fatigue Flow Self-Help:
Lay on your back, on your bed, with your head on a pillow. Prop each upper arm with another pillow. Lightly place RIGHT fingers at top center of right half of head and LEFT fingers at top center of left half of head.
Lie there for at least 20 minutes.
It’s okay if you fall asleep.
It’s even better if, as you lay there, you take slow, deep, conscious breaths through your nose…begin with exhale, then inhale…I’m pretty sure you’ll fall asleep.
