…about Pat’s story.
I’m thinking about my own experiences as a Jin Shin Jyustus practitioner.
I’m thinking about myself…before and after Jin Shin Jyutsu awareness.
You know, I am truly blessed to be able to write this blog. I guess David Burmeister saw that my heart is like Mary’s when he gave me permission to use the literature from Scottsdale.
Mary said that our primary responsibility is to teach self-help to others. That is what I try to do as I post to this site. While it takes a while, everything is here that will help the reader learn self-help and Mary says, “Try the following exercises every day for at least 7 days and see what differences you notice…It’s that simple!”
Read about No-Thing. Look at the Safety Energy Lock figure. Study the 26 Safety Energy Locks as presented in the Jin Shin Jyustu category. Start to understand the 9 Depths. It will help you to help yourself, your family and friends and your animal companions.
Look at the information available at the Scottsdale site, http://www.jsjinc.net. Simple, basic flows are right there on the website for you to read and implement in your own life…at no cost. Sign up for classes in your area. Locate a practitioner in your area.
Most importantly, practice Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help on a daily basis.
Your personal harmony of body, mind and spirit rests in your own hands!
