15 is the party at the end of second depth.

From 5, man, to 14, man, important building has happened in second depth and now there is Joy. From spirit at the bustline through mind at the waistline we have landed in a laughing, happy body at the groin. No valley of tears, no vile nether region waiting to be transcended, the EARTH (15) of Jin Shin Jyutsu is a garden of Joy and Happiness. If it doesn’t feel that way to you, 15 is just the one for you!

As you laugh away sorrow through an open 15, all second depth sadness melts away. In the sun of your happiness new ideas are hatched and old attachments wither – with them, the sadness-seeds of major labels melt away. The “fifteened” body lightens up: “my aching back’ unloads its dreary bundle, straightens up and stays that way. And heavy legs, once they have laughed their head off, enjoy the lightness of their youthful days. Once your heart is washed in laughter, moving ahead in body, mind and spirit becomes the fun it used to be.

Sticks and stones may hurt my bones but 15’s there to help me. Broken bones and sprains will hurry back to normal in the champagne-bubble-lightness of an open fifteen. With children laughing several hundred times a day and adults only a few times, you can understand that “unless you become like children, you shall not enter the kingdom of heaven”. It is through joy that we rise back into spirit.

So when you feel too stern for laughter or when your doing has weighed you down, just be the holding of your little finger and feel the smile you are rise to the surface.
