Here is what Jed Schwartz has to say about his experience of SEL 11 in issue Number 14, Autumn 1996:
The simplicity of Jin Shin Jyutsu allows us to be more by being less, and our 11’s become the fulcrum to clear the front 11 and 15, helping the ascending energy, and the back 11 and 25, helping the descending energy. I always remember how Mary would bring things back to simply 11 and 15 and 11 and 25 and everything would be taken care of. Spend fifteen minutes on 11 and 15 and 11 and 25 on both sides, and in one hour clear the entire body.
Eleven is the number for 7th Depth – the sun, shining down the front and back. Eleven is the hub, the fulcrum to move away our past, our bondage, and allow us to be empty. Or, as Mary says so eloquently, “Be the dropping of the shoulders and smile.”
SEL 11 is an amplification of oneness in its strength, power and dignity. Positioned at the shoulders beside thoracic vertebrae 1, these two 1’s side by side visually create two columns holding up our neck and head. When our 11’s are in harmony, they are like the great columns of the Parthenon, supporting the roof, the open conduit to the heavens and the Goddess Athena. When SEL 4 and/or SEL 12 are burdened, the 11’s bear the weight of or hold up our excess baggage. When we clear SEL 11, we clear everything because everything passes through SEL 11. SEL 11 clears respiration, digestion, assimilation, elimination and circulation, allowing them to function properly. If you follow all the organ flows, you will see how SEL 11 helps them to open and unload.
Thank you, Jed.
