Today we will look at issue Number 14, Autumn 1996 and learn from Lynne Pflueger’s experience of Safety Energy Lock 11.

Eleven is an ascending energy lock that helps to unload excess baggage. Years ago I paid a visit to Scottsdale to receive Jin Shin Jyutsu sessions. During the week I dreamt that I checked onto my homebound flight with empty suitcases. On another trip, I dreamt that I was receiving golden liquid poured into my body from a silver pitcher through my elevens. This dynamic energy lock harmonizes both unloading and receiving. As governor of the breath, eleven directs the smooth exhaling (unloading) down the front and inhaling (receiving) up the back. Eleven then is the hub of the basic principle of down the front, up the back. Holding both elevens at the end of a session will harmonize the breath. “If you can’t breathe go to the feet”, says Mary Burmeister. An opposite (to shoulder project) 5,6,7 and 8 flow will help breathing. Opposite 8 is one of eleven’s best friends. Go to the opposite for a tight shoulder. Mary often said in class, “Exhale down to your toes”.

If SEL 6 is tight or the foot uncomfortably arched, there is an indication that eleven needs help. In other words the foot is bound in earth (waist down) and can be loosed in heaven (waist up) by simply jumper cabling SEL 11. Eleven is Libra. Libra governs kidneys, loins and the lumbar region of the spine. Therefore SEL 11 helps to harmonize the pelvic girdle and waistline. Whenever there is a project involving arms, elbows, hands or fingers, help opposite SEL 11. When the shoulders clear the head will be able to let go of all mental and physical discomforts. From head to toe, SEL 11 will harmonize unloading and receiving.

Eleven is Justice which suggests equity, balance, poise, order and harmony. Placing your hands palm-side together in the prayer position will aid in descending energy to unload so that we may receive answers to our prayers. One of my favorite sources for studying numbers is a book by Dr. Paul Foster Case entitled the Tarot: A Key to the Wisdom of the Ages. One of his statements regarding the number eleven is as follows: “The general meaning of key 11 is that education has equilibration for its aim. It requires, therefore, the elimination of outworn forms…A balanced personality is faithful, constant and confident, because right use of reason has established enduring certainty as to the just outcome of all activities. Equilibration, mental and physical, demands the elimination of waste, the getting rid of ‘excess baggage’.”

As an aside, it is interesting to note that there is no specific SEL 11 Flow. Rather we find one flow to unlock SELs 11, 12 and another to unlock SELs 11, 12, 4, 3. In these two flows we find 11 described as the SEL to help let go of excess baggage; the highest vibratory number for 7th Depth (letting in the light); and the number for Merlin the Magician (the light bringer). Using these two flows will clear the whole body. 11 is the hub of SELs which is an empty space where ALL is.
