“NOW (7) KNOW (9) MYSELF (8)-
It is now time to KNOW (9) myself.

Number 9 came into the universe meaning the end of a cycle is the beginning of another; that every end is the seed of a fresh beginning, the basis of foundation. The number 9 is the symbol of ageless wisdom, a number of universality, clear intelligence, and all-embracing consciousness.

Number 9 is man. Man has 5 sacral and 4 coccygeal vertebrae. Within these 9 bones (centers) are contained the evolving and development of man.

Number 9 has a relationship with number 14 and number 23 in maintaining the harmony of the waistline, and the number 19 also has a relationship with the number 9 to harmonize the waistline.

14=5; 23=5; 5+5=10 (Spirit and matter in harmony); 19 (1+9)=10.

Waistline is our ‘will’, and SEL 12 is ‘not my will but THY will’. SEL 12 affects 14 and 9; therefore, our will can and does affect SEL 12.

Mary has said about the number 9: ‘I am the past, I am the present, I am the future, I am, KNOW MYSELF IT IS’.
9 will release thoracic cavity.
9 will help a depleted energy level.
9 will eliminate bloat (open SEL 9, then follow with 15/3 flows).
9 will help all leg and foot problems (toes, callouses, corns, sprains).
9 will aid chest congestion (asthma).
9 will release tension and stress in our waist area.
9 utilizes the finger and toe relationship (p.46, Text I). Finger and toe flow clears the entire body; thus 9 is an overseer of this form.
9 is the ultimate fulfillment of a cycle.

So, we now have come to an ending of a cycle beginning anew. The remaining SELs will be presented by Lynne, Susan, Jed, Matthias and Waltraud – a new beginning, new perspectives.
