I’m thinking about self-help…

I was talking with some other energy workers and/or interested parties this weekend.

I am also a Reiki Practitioner, but prefer Jin Shin Jyutsu because my primary responsibility as a JSJ Practitioner is to teach self-help.

Mary says if someone has a new illness/injury, they should only have to see the practitioner 3 times. On the first visit, the practitioner teaches the client the self-help flows that will help the body heal itself. Done daily, there should be no reason to require the help of a practitioner. We can assume responsibility for our own health and well-being and save money too!

Mary says if someone has just discovered Jin Shin Jyutsu and comes with a long-term chronic condition, it might take 6 visits for the dis-ease/dis-harmony to clear. Again, the wellness is in the hands of the client. Daily Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help will make the difference.

Mary challenges us to try one or more Self-Help flows for 7 consecutive days and we will already see a difference!

Of course, it is fine to come in for “tune-ups”!
